Bic-Buildings and Empty Lots

Controversy has recently erupted over the removal of six large sculptures by Hamiltonian artist Elizabeth Holbrook.  The sculptures are on the Federal Building, on the corner of Caroline and Main Streets, in downtown Hamilton.
